Licensed in 1998 and ordained in 2003 by her spiritual father, the late Bishop Stephen B. Hall, she has dedicated over two and a half decades to faithfully preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Following the passing of her husband, Pastor Mark A. Hall, founder of Miracle House Church, she assumed leadership in October 2017 and has continued to advance the church’s mission with passion and purpose.

In addition to her pastoral role, Pastor Daisy serves on the Executive Leadership Team of Rehoboth Fellowship International (RFI), under the guidance of her spiritual father and Presiding Prelate Bishop Brian Keith Hodges. She has been designated as a candidate for Bishop and appointed to lead the RFI House of Women's Ministry, where she will empower women to flourish and live faithfully in every area of life.

Pastor Daisy is a distinguished graduate of Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, Georgia. She earned both her Bachelor of Theology and her Master of Christian Education and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Biblical Exposition from this institution, laying a strong academic and spiritual foundation for her work in ministry.

Her ministry has reached international audiences, with opportunities to preach and teach in Tanzania, Africa. Known for her bold and practical approach to God’s Word, Pastor Daisy addresses real-life issues with clarity and compassion, inspiring believers to move beyond brokenness and embrace transformation in both life and spirit.

Her personal motto, “There IS a place beyond here, get there!” serves as a clear reflection of her dedication to living both peacefully and productively, regardless of the circumstances she encounters. This guiding principle motivates her to maintain a positive outlook and effective actions in every situation. It also encourages and inspires those around her to pursue the same path of growth, peace, and productivity.
